EBLIDA, uavhengig paraplyorganisasjon for europeiske institusjoner og foreninger innenfor bibliotek, informasjon, dokumentasjon og arkiv. Har fokus på informasjonssamfunnet, samt opphavsrett, lisensiering og fri tilgang til digitale informasjonsressurser. Fra Norge er BIBSYS, Deichmanske bibliotek, Nasjonalbiblioteket, Norsk bibliotekforening og universitetsbiblioteket i Bergen og Oslo medlemmer av organisasjonen.
