Donald Howard Menzel

amerikansk astronom, professor ved Harvard University 1938–66 og observatoriets direktør 1954–66. Har utgitt en rekke avhandlinger innenfor astrofysikk og teoretisk fysikk, og flere bøker, bl.a. Our Sun (2. utg. 1959), The World of Flying Saucers (1963), Field Guide to the Stars and Planets (1964).
